How do I contact you?

If you need to contact us about anything at all, please visit our contact us page or send an email to contact@theplaytimestore.co.nz and we will get back to you within 24 hours Mon-Fri.

Please note that our customer service team is online during the evenings. 

I have received my order but I have changed my mind, can I return it? 

Yes, as long as the product is in its original state we can return this for a full refund minus shipping costs.

If your product is faulty, please email us some information and a photo of what has happened to contact@theplaytimestore.co.nz and we will help to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.

Do you offer a payment instalment plan? 

Yes! We offer both Afterpay and Zip. 

Where do you deliver to? 

All over Australia and New Zealand.

How long will my order take to get to me? 

Approximately 2-3 working days once dispatched. Please allow a further couple of days if you live rurally. 

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched? 

If the product is in stock and ordered before 11am we aim to send it out the same day. If it is after 11am it will be sent out the following day! Please note that during sale times or promotional periods, dispatch may take a little longer due to high demand.

If your order is urgent please email us so we can make sure your order gets prioritised.

I am still waiting to receive my order, what should I do? 

You should receive tracking details once your items/s have been shipped. If you have not received tracking details within 24 hours please reach out to us so we can sort it.

We cannot track every customers order end to end so we advise customers to keep an eye on tracking and if there is any delay either contact Aramex yourself or reach out to us and we are happy to help contact@theplaytimestore.co.nz
