How do I contact you?

If you need to contact us about anything at all, please send and email to contact@theplaytimestore.com and we aim to get back to you within 24 hours (mon-fri).

I have received my order but I have changed my mind, can I return it? 

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you have changed your mind we offer 30 day returns, as long as the product is in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition. You get a full refund, minus shipping cost. 

If your product is faulty, please email us some information and a photo/video of what has happened to contact@theplaytimestore.com and we will help to resolve the issue.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept following payment options at checkout: 

  • Credit or Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Afterpay, Zip, Klarna, PayPal Pay
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay and PayPal

Where do you deliver to? 

We deliver to all of Australia and New Zealand.

How long do orders take to be dispatched? 

Our warehouse in Brisbane dispatch your order within 1-3 business days of placing your order. For you to get your products as quickly as possible, we aim to dispatch the same day if ordered before 11am.

How long will my order take to get to me once dispatched? 

The delivery time is around 2-5 business days for most areas in, but rural and regional areas can take up to 5-13 business days.

Australia

  • NSW: 2-3 business days 
  • Victoria: 2-3 business days
  • Queensland: 3-5 business days
  • South Australia: 3-5 business days 
  • Perth: 5-7 business days 

I haven't yet received my order, what should I do? 

You should receive an email with tracking details once your items have been shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane. If it's more than 3 days from placing your order, and you still haven't received this email, we would first suggest you: 

  • Check your junkmail, as the email might be hiding there, or
  • Download the post app (Auspost or Direct Freight), as the order should be connected to your account 

If you still can’t access your tracking details, please contact us at contact@theplaytimestore.com and we look into this for you.

Who do you ship with? 

We ship with Auspost and Direct Freight depending on the size of the order.

What are your delivery charges?

Our aim is to provide the most affordable shipping to our customers based on their delivery location.

Do you ship outside of NZ and Aus?

We love to hear you’re interested in our products! Right now, we mainly ship to Australia and New Zealand. If you’re living somewhere else and are interested in purchasing, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into this and might be able to get an estimate for you.
