Orders placed on or after 26 June 2026
We are proud of our products and are confident that you'll love them as much as we do. That's why we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy, giving you peace of mind when shopping with us.
Our 30-days Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
We recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive to ensure everything meets your expectations and to remain within our returns window. This is particularly important if you are purchasing items as gifts or storing them for an extended period before use.
Full-Price Items:
Items purchased at full price are eligible for:
- Store credit, plus an additional $50 AUD bonus credit per order
- An exchange
- A full refund
Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale are eligible for:
- Store credit
- Exchange
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds due to change of mind.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be free from stains, damage, pet hair and odours
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Be in a condition suitable for resale
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a reduction in the refund amount where permitted by law.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item, including return shipping.
Original shipping charges paid when placing your order are non-refundable, including for approved refunds or change-of-mind returns.
Faulty Items
We’re so sorry to hear you experienced an issue with your purchase from the Playtime Store! As you as the customer are our top priority, we would like to resolve this for you.
Please contact us as soon as possible and include as much information as you can, including:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Images/Video footage
- Written description of the fault/issue
