Refund policy
Returns:
The Playtime Store offers all customers a 100% money back guarantee for any change of mind purchases, provided that the following terms are met:
- All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original, protective packaging).
- You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all costs associated with this.
- The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.
SALE PERIOD RETURNS: Products purchased on sale are excluded from our change of mind returns policy.

Please note, The Playtime Store reserves the right to reject all return requests outside of the 30 days period or any items returned that are not in the original packaging (including all original, protective packaging).
Faulty Products:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue immediately.
Warranty:
All Playtime Store products are covered by a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase, with a valid receipt. If there is a minor fault, we may in our discretion repair or replace the goods or we may choose to issue a partial/full refund depending on the issue.
Please note that the warranty will be void, if the defects are caused by improper use of the product or failure to follow the cleaning and care instructions as stated on our website.
For any major faults, The Playtime Store offers a return policy in line with the ACCC Consumer Guarantees.
