We offer FREE SHIPPING** Australia wide when you spend over $300

Free shipping is not available during sale periods

We offer Fixed Rate Shipping on all items according to the table below

 Small Products  $15
 Large Products  $25
 Castle, Explorer, Step & Slide Sets  $60

 

** Remote Surcharges 

Due to the size of our products there may be a surcharge if shipping to some remote areas. Surcharges are calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address. 

** Castle Sets, Explorer and OG Step & Slide 

We offer fixed price shipping for our castle set, explorer and OG Step & Slide. Due to their large size, these are not included in the free shipping offer.

Be aware that all parcels are classified as "Authority to Leave". 

 

New Zealand 


We offer $30 NZD fixed rate shipping to all areas of New Zealand except the Chatham Islands.

We may charge a bulky surcharge for larger items depending on location. You can check if this applies to you during checkout, after entering your address.

Shipping Time Frames

All shipping time frames are estimates provided by our shipping partners. We will process and send your order as quickly as possible, once it has left us it is in the hands of the delivery companies, and whilst we can help you track the shipment, we have limited control over the delivery of your order. Haven't got a tracking number?

If you didn't receive a tracking email, please check your junk mail first. If you received your tracking email but your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all after 1-2 days it has been dispatched, feel free to email us at contact@theplaytimestore.com and we will look into it for you.
