Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow change of mind returns or exchanges once the item has been dispatched.
Returning an item before dispatch will have a 5% fee to allow for service fees
If your product is faulty, please email us some information and a photo of what has happened to info@theplaytimestore.co.nz and we will help to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
