For everyday care, a simple wipe with a damp cloth is all it takes to keep your Pop-Up Tent looking fresh and inviting.

Please note that the tent might arrive with some wrinkles from its packaging. These will come out overtime with use. If you want to speed up the process you can use a steamer or an iron with a towel underneath.

WARRANTY

The Playtime Store products are all covered by a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase, with a valid receipt.

If there is a minor fault, we may in our discretion repair or replace the goods or we may choose to issue a partial/full refund depending on the issue. Please note that the warranty will be void if the defects are caused by improper use of the product or failure to follow the cleaning and care instructions as stated on our website. For any major faults, The Playtime Store offers a return policy in line with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
