The Playtime Store products are all covered by a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase, with a valid receipt. If there is a minor fault, we may in our discretion repair or replace the goods or we may choose to issue a partial/full refund depending on the issue.
Please note that the warranty will be void if the defects are caused by improper use of the product or failure to follow the cleaning and care instructions as stated on our website.
For any major faults, The Playtime Store offers a return policy in line with the ACCC Consumer Guarantees.
