Terms of trade

1. The Playtime Store Limited is in trade and these terms and conditions govern all supply of goods by The Playtime Store Limited to you, including your use of the website at theplaytimestore.com
2. Changes or updates to the content of this website may occur at any time.  These terms may be changed or updated from time to time.  Changes may take the form of completely new terms.  We will post any changes on this website and any change applies from the date it is posted.  

Ordering goods:

1. Goods can be purchased by way of online order from the website at theplaytimestore.co.nz
2. Once your order has been accepted by us, this will constitute a binding contract for the supply of the goods on these terms of trade.
3. All orders are subject to the availability of the ordered goods. 

Price and payment: 

1. All prices are inclusive of GST and other taxes and duties but exclusive of delivery charges. Our prices are subject to change without notice. You must pay for the goods at the time of submitting the order for the goods. 
2. We accept payment by way of major credit card and via Paypal. 

Delivery and delivery charges: 

1. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the goods are dispatched promptly after an order has been placed. We do not, however, accept liability for any loss or damage arising from late delivery and late delivery shall not entitle you to cancel an order. 

Property/risk: 

1. Property and risk in goods ordered by you will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address for the relevant order. 

Limitation of liability: 

1. To the greatest extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage or liability of any kind whatsoever whether suffered or incurred by you or another person and whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and whether such loss or damage arises directly or indirectly from goods provided by us to you.
2. Our maximum liability to you shall be limited to the value of the goods concerned.
